This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect mobile information in connection with our text messaging program.
Information we collect
We may collect your mobile phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, message delivery metadata, and the contents of messages you send to us (such as STOP or HELP).
How we use mobile information
We use mobile information to send Foundation SMS about informational updates, donation follow-ups, fundraising activities, and related program communications that you consented to receive, and to respond to HELP/STOP requests.
No sale or sharing for third-party marketing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number. We may share information with service providers who process messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
