Our Vision

Our goal is to consistently highlight the health challenges faced by our bravest every day due to their heroic endeavors and to offer the support they rightfully deserve.

Our Mission

From the outset, we recognized the dangers faced by our New York City Firefighters as they tirelessly worked at the site once known as the World Trade Center. As these challenges continue, we are dedicated to providing support in every way we can.

Our Story

On September 11, 2001, our Founder, like countless others across the globe, witnessed the heart-wrenching collapse of the World Trade Center.
As the publisher of a dedicated FDNY magazine and website, he felt a profound connection and responsibility towards the brave men and women on the front lines. The magnitude of the tragedy and the palpable need for support and community galvanized him into action.
Recognizing the crucial role firefighters play, not only in times of devastating emergencies but every single day, the idea of the New York Bravest Foundation, Inc. was born. In the challenging days and months that followed 9/11, the foundation rapidly took shape. It wasn’t just about rebuilding; it was about recognizing the sacrifices of our brave firefighters, acknowledging the risks they took every day, and providing them the support they deserved.

Our Impact

Today, the New York Bravest Foundation, Inc. stands as a testament to our commitment.
Our vision has not only materialized but flourished with time. We have extended our hand not only to individual firefighters but also to numerous FDNY organizations, ensuring that they get the necessary resources, assistance, and recognition. As the years have gone by, our mission has remained steadfast: to relentlessly support our Bravest. We are honored to be part of a community that has shown immense resilience, strength, and dedication. And as we look ahead, our promise to stand by them remains unyielding

Never Forget

While much of the nation has moved forward since 9-11-01, FDNY members continue to bear its lasting impact.
